Floating voids
Although the mural by the Ukrainian creator Interesni Kazki is long gone, Nano vjs allowed visitors to experience it once more, mastering the use of video mapping and interactive elements.
About the Project
With the floating voids projection, the authors directly refer to the original mural and develop its individual motives on the now empty walls. They also touch on the themes of visual smog, public space, temporality vs. permanence, interpersonal communication, irony and street art. They invite us to travel by an imaginary subway, explore a virtual dream, visit a Zen garden etc. By combining video mapping, sound and interactive elements, they serve their audiences a truly immersive experience, allowing them to interact with the work via their mobile phones.
